Production information/tender documentation
Preparation of construction information and tender documents.
Application for Building Regulations approval.
Tender action
Identification of potential building contractors. Obtaining and appraising tenders and building quotations. Management and coordination of associated professionals.
Mobilisation
Preparation of building contracts and appointment of contractors.
Issuing construction information and arranging site hand-over for commencement of work.
Construction to practical completion
Administration of the building contract up to and including practical completion. Client’s representation in management of the works and contractors.
Final account
Final Inspection of the works on-site.
Assessment and certification of the Contract Final Account.
